Hi this is James speaking. Some of you out there may think that the life of a baby is all eating, sleeping, and well digesting the food I eat. Well I consider myself a well rounded individual and exercise is also an important part of my daily routine. So I thought I would let you all in on my workout. It works great for me.
First I begin on my back. With a few leg stretches. Very important to warm up.
Then I move on to alternating leg kicks>
I then work on my upper body. Ladies watch out-I'm already working on my guns.
I then move to my stomach where I work my neck muscles and my future crawling. And of course all of this is to music.
Next I move onto the sitting position where I work on holding my head up on my own. Not as easy as some of you people think
Finally I end with an hour of relaxation. The most enjoyable part of all!
