Weekend project

It seems as though the summer has flown by much too quickly once again. August is already half way over and we are moving back to Logan next Monday. August has been packed full of all sorts of projects that I've been trying to do all summer realized I really had to do before we left. This includes finishing two quilts, making a headboard, making two pillows to match the headboard, and canning applesauce, meat, green beans, peaches, apricot jam, and strawberry rhubarb jam(AMAZING). It also included helping my parents lay down a rock walk-way this past weekend. OK I admit I didn't do much other than watch and take care of James but Aaron did a lot including shoveling out the entire length of the walkway, and laying it with my dad. Here is the final project. We of course forgot the before picture and one of Aaron working like crazy. The rest are some pictures we took while Aaron was taking a much needed break.
