Madie is 4!

 I can't hardly believe that Madie is 4 already! This year we celebrated with her first big friend birthday party. We had fairy tale theme party.

Madie all dressed up in her princess attire and telling me she is 4!

 Her princess cake and the castle cup cake display. 

 She was so excited for everyone to show up. 

 When the guests arrived everyone received and princess/king crown and they decorated some sheilds to fight the dreaded dragon.

 After they had their shields to defend themselves, they rode the stick horses through an obsticle course where the dragon pinata was waiting for them to fight.

 They all seemed to enjoy fighting the dragon

 James especially enjoyed whacking a leg off :)

 Once the dragon was defeated they all enjoyed the candy treasure. 

 We headed back inside to open presents and have cake and ice cream. Madie got spoiled and loved showing off each present she opened.

 After cupcakes everyone headed back outside to play until the end of the party. The kids all wanted to play on the trampoline so we decided to play duck duck goose (a favorite of Madies)

 After the party the kids wanted to play with all of Madie's new presents. The Tea Set has been a particular favorite.

 Madie also got an Elsa dress. She wanted to wear it to church on Sunday but I made her wait until we got home (She was in it the first 5 minutes of being home) She wore it to bed and all Monday.

Madie had a great birthday and seemed to enjoy every bit of it. We are so lucky to have her in our family.
