December Fun

We had lots of fun with Christmas  activities this December. Last December was so busy moving into the house that we didn't get to do a lot of the activities and enjoy getting ready for Christmas. We actually got to go to the Ward Christmas party and meet up with Santa. Madie doesn't look to thrilled in this picture but she actually enjoyed it. 

 Santa gave each kid a bell (It was a Polar Express Theme) Madie loved hers. 

 Decorating the Christmas tree was a lot of fun. They had a fun time of it. 

 Titus loves hat and red so wearing the Santa hat was right up his ally. 

Even Levi enjoyed it. 

 We spent a Saturday and went up to Temple Square. We rode Trax up. James has been begging to ride the train. They all had a great time and it was better than trying to find parking in downtown this time of year.

 Madie didn't take a nap and as you can see the train ride was just the thing to put her to sleep. She slept all the way up and even changing trains.

 We got there early and went to dinner at the Lion House. We fortunately got there before the major rush.  I love that we can get together with family so often.

 I was so glad that we actually got snow this year! We are lucky that there is a retaining pond directly behind our house. We just hop the fence and off we go. The Meyer clan came over during Christmas break and helped us break it in. Love a winter with snow.
