August Activities

With the end of summer coming to a close before school started we really crammed in the activities. We started August out with a Gardner Family reunion in Tremonton. Aaron was working crazy days in Wendover so I took the kids on my own for Friday thinking I would come back Friday night. Well by the time dinner came around we were having too much fun and we decided to crash for the night. I'm not sure anyone got a lot of sleep but they were all glad to have another day with cousins.

 There was an amazing hike the came off the group site.  It was full of vines and tree covered path. It was beautiful. 

Put up the slip and slide and the kids loved it.

 I also got to spend some great time with the awesome lady. My grandmother is an amazing lady and I'm so glad I got to see her.

 My uncle hung put up a tire swing and it was a hit. I'm pretty sure there was a kid on there the entire time it was up.

 Levi loved it too!

 We made rocket's Friday afternoon and shot them off. The kids loved it. But the adults got in on the competition too.

We shot them off with compressed air. Titus's didn't go to far but some of them made it clear across the road and 1/2 into the next field. 

By Saturday afternoon everyone was pretty well exhausted but we sure had a great time.
