Demo Derby and Ice Cream

We had a lot of fun this past weekend! Saturday we went to the Demolition Derby here in Logan. Aaron had never been to one (shocking I know) and I enjoy going so off we went. We were about 20 minutes late getting there but it worked out great because they let us in free because it was so packed that they told us if we could find a seat at all to go for it. Well lucky for us we saw some friends from our ward who had some space by them so we got to sit b friends and we found a seat. It was really really full. Aaron loved the whole event. I had a lot of fun too. Sorry I had some pictures but after about thirty minutes of waiting they still won't upload and I need to go to bed so may Ill add them later. Anyway today we made homemade icecream. I called my sister Aaryn for her amazing apple pie ice cream recipe and got all the hints and do's and don'ts and tried it out. It actually turned out almost as good as when she makes it. We invited some friends over to enjoy the treat and played a round a couple rounds of catch phase. It was really fun and we were glad to finally break in our ice cream maker after owning one for a year and a half. Overall everything is going well and we are trying to enjoy the summer to it's fullest.
