Fun weekend, mostly

This past weekend I had the 24th off from both jobs so Aaron and I decided to have fun. We went to a pancake breakfast that morning and then Aaron slept for a while, while I cleaned the house. I know it doesn't sound exciting but with the 12 hour days it was in serious need of some tough love. I love having a clean house! That afternoon we headed to Wyoming to visit Deena and Aaron's friend Brent. That night we had a BBQ and Aaron showed off his manly grilling skill. I will admit that he did a pretty good job. Saturday we caught the parade in Lyman and then went to the Pioneer BBQ. They had amazing corn on the cob. I miss fresh corn so much:( After lunch we headed out with Brent for their stake softball tounament which they allowed Aaron to play in. We thought it was just going to be for an hour or two. We were there for four in the heat of the day. Well you can guess what happened. That's right Aaron turned into a lobster, oh and we totally lost the tournament. I got a little red but I was in the shade most of the time so it wasn't bad. But when Aaron woke up Sunday morning he had blisters all over his face. It was awful. He's been surviving off of "Burn Free" and ice packs. Poor boy. It's been a painful weekend.
