General Conference Weekend

We ended up having a very enjoyable past weekend. First of all it was General Conference, which always makes me so happy and uplifted. I particularly liked Elder Hollands talk about giving gratitude to those around us and recognizing those who have given so much for us. It really made me realize how much I have. On another note, since we are still on the job hunt, we are willing to try anything to make a few extra bucks including raspberry picking. That is right we saw an add that a raspberry farm in Preston needed help picking raspberries. So on Saturday we drove out. We were there all morning and they put conference on the radio for us. We didn't end up making that much but we had a really enjoyable time together and the best part. We got to eat all the raspberries we wanted. James enjoyed himself as well but he mostly ate dirt: to my dismay. He however loved it. The raspberries were in a greenhouse which made my life much easier at least It was pretty hot hot side and that way we were under the sun. Also I have to say those raspberries were huge! There were some that were easily over an inch in height and width. James enjoyed himself as well however I spent most of the time trying to keep him from eating the bushes and the dirt.
