This past Saturday James and I went to the County Fair. Poor Dad was working hard away on his wall and so he couldn't join us. James favorite part was seeing all of the 4-H animals. He loved it! I'm pretty sure everyone at the fair could hear James sheep bleat. It is very loud.
We also found a booth where a man built children's rocking/bucking horses. They were really well made and instead of rocking they were attached to springs on the front and James would bounce on the back. The man was kind enough and let Jame's ride one for about 15 minutes.
We then had to go on a real horse ride for good measure. James really didn't want to get off of the real horse. I almost had to pay for another ride. I think he has a bit of farm boy in him, don't you think.

We missed the horses! That would have been fun.
We all like to think that our kids have some "farming traits" in them. :)
