Fall

I love fall!!! I can not say this enough especially since this is the first year I have ever felt like I actually had a fall. Everywhere I have lived (Vernal and Logan) has seem like fall lasted about 1 week. Then BAM winter just out of nowhere. Boise has been different and I love, love, love, love, love it. It started in August when the weather started cooling just slightly. I am used to August nearly killing and begging for Labor Day weekend to come so the nights will cool down again. Not so here. We have gone nearly 2 months with no air conditioning and no heater. Awesome (our power bill is loving it)!

 As for the actual fall season we have had a whole month of it. It is beautiful! James has loved it as well and we have spent the last 3 weeks making leaf piles. Jumping in them, moving the pile and doing it again.    Even when everyone else I knew was getting snowed on we just had some rainy days. To say the least it has made me very happy and we have loved being out.

The fall weather has also brought about a missing dad. With the weather getting colder Aaron was gone quite a bit traveling as they try and get all the jobs done that they can before the ground freezes and drilling is impossible. When he is gone we send him either a video or a picture every night from my phone. This was one we took and I just couldn't help sharing it. James loves sending pictures to his dad and so do I. But it is even better when he is home.
