Well we have had an eventful week so far and it doesn't look like it is going to slow down any. Tonight we celebrated Aaron's birthday. Homemade pizza for dinner and then some of our neighbors over for cake and ice cream. We just can't help finding a reason to be social around here. I made my first red velvet cake and I think it was a hit. I had a lot of fun decorating it since I don't pull my cake decorating set out more than than 3-4 times a year for birthdays of course.
James was thrilled to spend all day wishing Dad a happy birthday, coloring him pictures, helping decorate the cake, wrapping presents and of course helping to blow out the candles. We had a great time celebrating our awesome Dad, and how much we love and appreciate him.
