Madie Stats

Today we had Madie's 2 year check up. She is 50% in weight and 3% in height. Yup she is my short chunky monkey and we love her! She is doing so much lately I love it.
So here is a little about Madie as a 2 year old:

• She has 30+ signs and is will link together 2+ signs together: "More crackers please!" is a favorite
• Her favorite signs are please, duck, crackers, milk, baby, bath, and shoes!
• She has 4 words: Mom, Dad, Hi, Up, and 2 animal sounds: woof and quack
• Madie loves music and dancing and can do actions to well over 10 songs and is the pro in nursery. 
• Madie has an opinion about everything, whether it is what book she wants you to read, what she wants to eat, where she does an doesn't want to go, what she wants to wear. 

• She LOVES shoes! She loves playing in the shoe closet and bringing me shoes to put on her and goes CRAZY if we ever pass shoes at a store

•  Madie loves "Helping" including helping to wash up after a meal which usually ends up in a game of peek-a-boo

•  She likes to help clean up the snacks James leaves around too

•  Madie is all about helping me around the house, sweeping, emptying the dish washer etc...

• And her favorite thing of all: Doing everything her brother does. She follows him everywhere he goes whether he likes it or not, most the time he likes it. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Of course Madie is as social as ever. She waves hi at everyone we pass at grocery stores, always ends up diving over the bench at church to visit whomever she can, and keeps us smiling, running, and very busy
