Anderson's Visit

We had our yearly summer visit from the Anderson's in mid July. We are so glad they come and visit us every year. This year we tried to pack in as much as we could into their visit. Thursday night we hit the discount night at our local water park Roaring Springs. We left the little ones with my cousin so we could actually go on some of the rides. This is Aaron riding the Avalanche I don't think I have actually ever heard him scream on a ride before it was great.

We have been wanting to go since we moved here and we were glad to finally make it. The Anderson's had never had a funnel cake so Aaron decided we needed to solve that.

Friday night we went to Captain America 2 at the discount Theater (2 dates in 2 nights must be some kind of record for us!)

Saturday we went to the Eagle Days water parade. It was really hot and the water couldn't come fast enough. It was fun but we were all ready to go get out of the heat.

James was super excited to bring his own water gun and take on the firefighters himself.

We spend the rest of the time playing games and Betty Jo and I worked on a quilt. We finally managed to finish it Monday night around midnight. We watched all of Pride and Prejudice getting it done.
